How much does a transfer cost?+
Every route has a fixed price — no meter, no surge, no surprises. You get the price up-front when you book, either online, on WhatsApp or by phone.
Can I pay with cash?+
Yes. You can pay the driver in cash (EUR) on the day, or by card. Online card payments will be available soon.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight. If it's delayed, we adjust the pickup at no extra cost. Just make sure you gave us your flight number when booking.
Do you provide child or baby seats?+
Yes — baby seats, child seats and boosters are provided free of charge on request. Please mention it when you book.
Where will the driver meet me at Faro Airport?+
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, straight after you clear the baggage claim.
Do you carry golf clubs, bikes or extra luggage?+
Yes. Let us know in the special requests field so we can send the right vehicle.
Do you do weddings and large groups?+
Yes — weddings, corporate events, golf groups and long-distance transfers to Lisbon, Porto or Seville. Use the Contact form for a custom quote.
How do I cancel or change my booking?+
Reply to your confirmation WhatsApp or call us. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are free of charge.
